They say “The truth is the hype, D-XTREME is the truth.  So believe.”  Well, FWNR has a first, an exclusive interview in 2-parts with the “socio-political-POWERFUNK band” D-XTREME.  One of the most notable bands featured  in Black Rock Coalition concerts during a time when the BRC was setting the stage and educating more than a few… for a new generation of Black rockers….

They are now (in Spring 2009) preparing the release of  a new full length CD of 13 new songs telling all kinds of truths…old and new….. so, “the legend continues…”

    Some 20 years ago i met these guys from Brooklyn ny when they came for the first time to Europe.I was their tour-manager then and we had a lot of fun,and good doobies.I would like to get in touch with the band again,fucking great that you are still there and performing too.
    So Kumasi,Trashmaster Stan,Grandpa and Mike,let me know how to contact you while i open up some beerbottles with my eye.
